• A strong track record as an ERP Support Analyst

  • Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Peoplesoft, Sage etc

  • An analytical approach to problem solving

  • Any experience of work-scheduling applications or online customer portals would be an advantage

  • Experience with ETL tools and concepts such as ODI, Informatica or FDMEE

  • Experience with CPM tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik) would be a big plus but not essential

  • Experience of working in a large, complex service delivery organisation would be an advantage

  • A good customer focus for user support

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

  • Successfully manage client expectations

  • Deliver cutover and post go-live support to end users and fully resolved all issues

  • Computer Science (Sistemas) background

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • 3+ years of BI or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) related experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company and experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementation projects related to BI and/or EPM

  • Experience in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting

  • Knowledge of information access and delivery methods, analytics applications and tool portfolio, data sourcing and integration methods such as OLAP / ROLAP / HOLAP and an understanding of data warehousing/mining, ETL, EII, data cleansing, architecture, ad hoc query and analysis, reporting, dashboards and scorecards

  • Ability and willingness to travel on a targeted 80% travel schedule
